On Apollo 11, two people landed on the moon, but they carried with them the work of 400,000 or more.

Many of those workers, knowing how vital every job was to the success of the whole plan, posted a sign up in their place of work. It read:

It won't fail because of me.

This is how teams work.

Everyone plays their part, doing the very best job that they can— and taking a tip from the Apollo moon landings all those years ago:  "IT WON’T FAIL BECAUSE OF ME".
